EDGAR Hours of Operation

The hours of operation for submitting filings by direct transmission to the EDGAR system are 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) weekdays, excluding federal holidays. The EDGAR system is not in operation on weekends.

Federal Holidays
