Update Your CIK Confirmation Code (CCC)

Use the steps below to change your CCC if needed. This is not common, since the CCC does not expire.

Required Credentials

This process requires:

  • Central Index Key (CIK)
  • CIK Confirmation Code (CCC)
  • EDGAR Password

Change Your CCC

  1. Go to the EDGAR website: www.edgarfiling.sec.gov.
  2. Log in using your CIK and password.
  3. In the left panel, click Retrieve/Edit Data.

  4. Enter your CIK and CCC, then click Continue.

  5. Click Change Company Password or CCC.

  6. On the Change Company Password or CCC page, click Change CCC (CIK Confirmation Code).

  7. Complete the required fields, then click Change CCC.
