Unresolved HTML Link Error

Hyperlinks to attached exhibits in the same submission may cause an unresolved HTML link error when the exhibits are not attached, or if the details do not match between the hyperlink settings and Filing Wizard. These EDGAR errors must be resolved prior to filing.

The Unresolved HTML Link Error

Causes of this error may be:

  • The exhibit HTML file is not included with the filing package.
  • The file name does not match the hyperlink address.
  • Hyperlinks to exhibits that were attached in previous filing need to be removed, changed, or replaced with links to the permanent location of the published exhibit on SEC site.
