Error: HTTP 404 Page Cannot be Found

Error Message

After upgrading to CDM version 20 and later, in the Certent 365 web client, after entering your username and clicking Next, you may see an error:

HTTP 404: Page Cannot be Found.

In the log file, the following error may be present:

Solution

  1. Uninstall the CDM client.
  2. Delete the folder from C:\ProgramFiles(x86)\Certent.
  3. Delete or rename the CDM folder in the %localappdata% folder.
  4. Reinstall the CDM client.
