Include Support Files During Generation

If you are experiencing an issue with generation, you can create a folder called Support Files along with the generated output. This includes temporary versions of files used to create the output, which can assist in troubleshooting by Certent CDM Support.

To turn on this option:

1. Click the File tab, then click Options.
2. In the General category, under the User Interface Options section, select Include Certent CDM support files during generation.

   

3. Generate the output and save the files.
