Edit a Project

You can use CDM XBRL to edit the details of an XBRL project.

  1. Click the Home tab, then in the Navigation Pane, click Administration.
  2. Under XBRL, double-click XBRL Projects.
  3. In the project list in the work area, double-click the project you want to edit, or right-click on the project and select Edit.
  4. In the Edit window, change the name, description, or other details of the project.

Be aware of the following restrictions:

    • If you select the This is an Inline XBRL project checkbox, the next time a user tries to generate or validate an instance document, the No Refresh option will be disabled.
    • If the Enable Relational Query Tagging checkbox is selected, you can clear it only if the project does not contain query tags. If the project contains query tags, you must delete any existing query tags in the project before you can clear this checkbox.
  5. Click OK.
