Delete a Taxonomy

You can use CDM XBRL to delete an XBRL taxonomy.

If the taxonomy is associated with one or more projects, to delete a taxonomy you must first delete all associated projects first.

Important: If you delete a taxonomy, you cannot undo your action. Proceed with caution.

To delete a taxonomy:

  1. Click the Home tab, then in the Navigation Pane, click Administration.
  2. Under XBRL, double-click Taxonomies.
  3. In the Taxonomies tab in the work area, select the taxonomy you want to delete.
  4. Click Home > Delete.
