TOC Variables Incorrect When Generated

Issue

The TOC variables in the Table of Contents may show incorrect values when generated.

For example:

Cause

The issue is caused by having a value of 0 in the ToC Variable field.

ToC Variable Field Containing the Value 0

Solution

Remove the 0 from the ToC Variable field. ## is needed before the variable name/page number used in the field.
