Dot Leader Appearance in HTML

If dot leaders (dotted lines) may appear differently in HD HTML than they do in Word or Excel objects or Word output.

In Word:

Solution in Word

Set the tab stops on the paragraphs to be at an appropriate screen position, rather than the default, which is too large. To do so:

1. With the paragraphs selected, right-click > Paragraph > Tabs.
2. Enter the new tab stop position.
3. Click OK.
4. Regenerate and verify the result.

Solution in Excel

Excel dot leaders are not currently supported in HD HTML output. After removing the dot leaders in Excel, you may like to:

• Use Alternate Row Shading
• Use borders on the rows for a similar effect
