The Errors Tab
You can use the Errors tab in the Extension Taxonomies pane of the CDM Extension Taxonomy Editor to validate your taxonomy against a list of rules, for example, from the SEC.
The Errors tab displays the number of errors, warnings, or messages that occurred during taxonomy validation. If there are errors, the table contains error descriptions. You can right-click a description to view and run relevant quick-fix options.
Important: Consider validating your taxonomy periodically as you build it. Otherwise, errors can become compounded and harder to diagnose.
You can use the following icons in the icon panel to refresh and export the errors:
