Sign In to the Website
You can use the Certent 365 website in one of these supported browsers:
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
- Google Chrome
If you are using an On Premise installation, you access the website by entering {PathToCDMServer}/Web, where PathToCDMServer is the location where you have installed the CDM Server.
If you are using a SaaS installation, you access the website by entering {PathToCDMServer}/Webclient.
To sign in to Certent 365:
- Enter the URL to access the website.
- You are prompted to sign in. The Sign in prompt displays the CDM version you are using.
- Enter your username and click Next. The Enter password prompt is displayed.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
- The Landing page is displayed and you are ready to use the web client.
Tip: You can obtain your credentials for signing in to Certent 365 from your CDM administrator.
