Explore the Landing Page

After signing in to the CDM website, you are presented with list of projects as well as a menu bar with access to various administrative tasks.

My Projects

In the main section of the landing page, projects are displayed in three tabs:

• The Recent tab displays a list of the last 10 projects you have opened. The folder location of a project is displayed below its name.
• The Pinned tab shows projects you have selected to be pinned as a favorite for quick access.
• The All tab shows all projects in CDM in a hierarchical explorer-type folder structure.

All tabs display information on a item or folder's state, when it was last modified and by which CDM user, and the due date.

You can use the search box to quickly find a project by typing a search term.

Clicking a project in the Recent or Pinned list opens the Project Details page for the project.

Right-clicking a project or clicking the ellipsis on a project opens various options available to the user.

• Project Details
  Opens the Project Details page.
• Open
  Opens the project in the CDM desktop application.
• Filing Wizard
  Opens the Form page of the Filing Wizard for the project if applicable to file to the SEC.
• Rename
  Renames the project.
• Pin
  Pins the project to the Pin list.
• Share
  Sends an email with a link to the project to another CDM user.

Sidebar

The sidebar on the left has the following icons for you to use:

• Click the waffle icon to open other CDM applications.
• Click the Home icon to open the home page of the CDM website.
• Click the Settings icon to install the CDM desktop client or change your password.
• Click the Help icon to view the CDM version you are using, view online product documentation, and access links for contacting CDM Support.
• Click the Persona icon to view information about your account or to sign out of the web client.
