Certent 365 Project Details Page

Once a project is defined and documents generated within the desktop application, the results are published to the Certent 365 website and displayed within the Project Details page.

Clicking on a recent or pinned project displays the Project Details page where you can view detailed information on the project.

The Project Details page contains:

• A picture which represents the project. With appropriate security permissions, this picture can be changed.
• The Validation Rules (how many have passed and how many have failed) of the project.
• The Due Date status (based on workflow) for the project.
• The project information section showing:
  • A breadcrumb indicating the project's folder location.
  • The description of the project. With appropriate security permissions, this description can be changed.
  • The Open button which contains various options of opening the project with: Reviewer, CDM Desktop, and CDM Desktop with XBRL if applicable.
  • The Manage Documents button which enables you to open the Documents page to manage documents in the project.
  • Information on when the project was last edited and by whom.
• The Planning panel outlining phases and tasks to perform for the project.
• The Team tile showing the people who have access to the report through CDM security.
• The Documents tile showing the documents that are part of the project.
