Project Plan
The Certent 365 Project Plan allows you to see your CDM based project to a successful completion. The streamlined project planning interface allows you to create and assign tasks to your teammate to better manage your document creation process.
Project Plan allows you:
- The ability to add individual phases to better organize the steps to your project
- The ability to add and assign tasks to team members
- The ability for team members to indicate they have completed their tasks
To access Project Plan:

- The Planning panel in the middle of the page outlines phases and tasks to perform for the project.
- You can click the icon at the top-right corner of the panel to turn on its edit mode.
- You can then edit the project plan by:
- Clicking Add task of a phrase to add a new task to the phrase.
- Clicking Add New Phrase to add a new phase to the plan.
- Clicking the name of a phase to rename it.
