Team of a Project

The Team tile on the Project Details page shows the people who have been granted access to the project. You can email a user by clicking on the email address displayed below their name.

Clicking the Go to Team link at the bottom of the tile opens the Team page where you can view detailed information about the entire team.

Team Page

Members with the Owner membership level can add and edit team members within the Team page.

  • Click Add Member to add a new member to the team.
  • Select Owner, Author, or Member from the Membership column to toggle the user to a different membership level.
Note:
  • Desktop client access to the Project module is managed via the report security within the desktop client.
  • Changes made to project access on the Team page of the Certent 365 website will not be applied to the CDM desktop client.
  • For ease of use, the initial list of Team members is automatically populated based on preexisting CDM report permissions.
