Calculate Filing Fees
The Filing Wizard includes a calculation of filing fees, including offsetting fees. Filing fees are calculated as follows:
Amount to be Registered x Price = Aggregate Offering Price
Aggregate Offering Price x Fee Rate = Registration Fee

Current Fee Rate
For the current fee rate, see Filing Fee Rate. To view the current Fee Rate Table by form type on EDGAR:
- Go to the EDGAR website: www.edgarfiling.sec.gov/.
- Log in using your CIK and password.
- In the left panel, click Fee Rate Table.
