Contact Information Page
The Contact Information page is part of filing through the SEC Filing Wizard. This page allows you to enter information on who to contact should there be any questions about the filing submission. This contact will receive email notification of the filing results, in addition to the contacts on file for the company in EDGAR (see Update Contact Information in EDGAR ). Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
To complete the contact information:
- In the Contact Name field, enter the name of the person to contact if there are questions about the submission.
- In the Contact Number field, enter the phone number of the contact.
- In the Contact Email field, enter the email address of the contact.
- If required, check Enable additional notification emails to add additional persons who will receive a submission notification by email. Click the Add icon
to add a person, or select a person and click the Edit icon
to update that person's email information.
- Click Next to proceed to the Validation page.
