New Features
AI Text Summary for CDMinsightsoftware Platform Users
- AI method to enhance user interaction with comments summarization on the insightsoftware Platform. By leveraging AI, users can quickly summarize the comments within a CDM Word section and any children under it.
General
- Allow exporting of icons and text from Excel report objects into Word documents while preserving formatting. This enhancement supports multiple users with a consistent setup.
- Enhanced handling of images added as fields. CDM now identifies the images added as fields, replaces fields link and retrieves the actual image from the web link
- Enhanced UX in C365 Reviewer. Once a document is published, CDM now displays a notification indicating users to refresh the document.
- Create validation for Hyperlink variables where the print area is missing
XBRL
- Add support for the UK FRC 2024 (FRS 101, FRS 102, EU IFRS) Taxonomy - UK HMRC jurisdiction
- Add support for the Ireland Revenue (IE) 2023 Taxonomy - Ireland Revenue jurisdiction
- Add support for the EFRAG ESRS SET 1 Taxonomy. Final ESRS taxonomy was published by EFRAG on August 30th, 2024 (Limited Support).
- Abstract for extended role in ECD taxonomy. A new right-click option Build presentation links is introduced in the Extension Taxonomy Editor (XET) for the presentation links. It allows automatically inserting an Abstract custom element. CDM creates the element name from Role name (Relationship Group name without numeric characters) and appends Abstract at the end.

- As a stand-alone installation by selecting Use existing databases or Empty databases, if you already have CDM database(s) from previous versions and a known encryption key. If you do not remember your encryption key, you can obtain it using the Get Encryption Key utility provided with this release being run on the previous version of CDM prior to uninstalling it, or from Certent CDM Support. You can also use a previously exported key by directly selecting it in the installer instead of typing it down.
